Payment policy
- The villa reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
- 40% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation.
- 60 days prior to arrival an additional 30% of the full amount will be charged to your credit card.
- 30 days prior to arrival an additional 30% (remaining balance) of the full amount will be charged to your credit card.
- Advance payments are not refundable in case of cancellation.
- Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full.
- If advance payment is sent via bank transfer, final booking confirmation is provided after receipt of payment.
Cancellation policy
No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
